Q1: What is your MOQ?
A: Our standard MOQ is 2,000 pcs, based on most customers requiring customized packaging. For trial orders, we can be flexible, for example, 500 pcs.
Q2: Do you charge for OEM packaging?
A: OEM packaging can be supported for free based on 2,000 pcs. For smaller quantities, we charge for OEM packaging costs.
Q3: Is there any discount?
A: Yes. For larger quantities, we always support customers with better pricing. For a special discount, please contact us .
Q4: If I want to release an order, what payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept T/T, PayPal, Western Union, L/C, and Trade Assurance. For details, visit our contact page .
Q5: What is your shipment method?
A: We ship by express, air, sea, and train. See our shipping and delivery options.
Q6: How do you pack products for sea shipping, and why?
A: We use double inner cartons plus a thick master carton. The master carton is much thicker than the inner carton, which effectively minimizes damage during long-distance shipping, rough handling, or heavy rain. Custom packaging is also available. Read more about our packaging standards.
Q7: What is the lead time for bulk orders?
A: Lead time depends on product type and order quantity. Typically, it is 30–45 days after sample approval. Contact us for a specific schedule.
Q8: Can I get a sample before a bulk order?
A: Yes. We support sample orders for testing and approval. Please contact us with your requirements.
