Frequently Asked Questions

Quality & After-sales

Answers to common questions about quality control, defective products, certifications, after-sales support, and warranty coverage.

Q1: How do you test products before shipment?

A: We conduct appearance, functional, load, aging, and other relevant tests according to product type. For customized products, packaging and logos are also checked before packing. Production samples are kept for reference. Learn more about our quality control process .

Q2: What is the process for handling defective units? Do we need to ship defective items back?

A: We first analyze product photos and videos. Before shipment, we keep one production sample. We compare and analyze it ourselves and also conduct a professional analysis with our technical team. After analysis, we provide appropriate solutions for discussion. Consensus is generally reached at this stage. If special circumstances exist, we may request the return of defective products for further analysis. Our quality control also prevents defective products from leaving before shipment. Before shipment, we organize inspection reports and keep records. See our after-sales policy.

Q3: What is the defective rate?

A: Our products are produced under strict quality control. The defective rate is less than 0.2%. Read our warranty and after-sales terms.

Q4: During the guarantee period, how do you handle faulty products?

A: For small quantities, we send new products with new orders. For defective batch products, we repair and resend them or discuss solutions, including recall, based on the actual situation. Contact us for details.

Q5: What certifications do your products have?

A: Our products are certified with CE, RoHS, GS, ETL, SAA, and other standards depending on the market. Specific certifications vary by product. Contact us for details.

Q6: How long is the warranty period for your products?

A: We offer a minimum one-year warranty on all products.
