A: Our standard MOQ for customized products is usually 2,000 pieces, particularly when custom packaging, labels, manuals, or product branding is required. For trial orders or selected existing models, we may offer a lower quantity, such as 500 pieces. A: Development time depends on the product structure, required functions, tooling complexity, certification requirements, and the number of sample revisions. A: We accept payment methods including T/T, PayPal, Western Union, L/C, and Trade Assurance, subject to the order value and agreed commercial terms. Available shipping methods include express courier, air freight, sea freight, and rail freight. For customized orders, we also check logos, labels, manuals, packaging, barcodes, and carton markings against the approved artwork and samples. Production samples are retained for quality reference and traceability.

A: Selected products are available with CE, RoHS, GS, ETL, SAA, and other certifications or compliance documentation for different markets. Certification availability varies by model, electrical specification, product configuration, and destination country. A: If a quality issue occurs, please provide the product model, batch or order number, quantity affected, a description of the problem, and clear photos or videos. Our quality and technical teams will compare the reported units with the retained production sample and review the relevant production and inspection records. Depending on the findings and the agreed warranty terms, we will discuss an appropriate solution, such as troubleshooting support, replacement parts, replacement products, or another mutually agreed corrective action. We also analyze the cause and implement corrective measures where necessary to help prevent the issue from recurring.
